I put a list together of some
suggestions that I have gotten for friends and family members in the past. There is something for everyone in every price range.

Cor Jesu Press focuses on republishing Catholic books for the laity that are almost extinct. Their selection is well curated with authentic Catholic books for the whole family. The Proud Catholic Company is a family-owned business that is most known for their apparel. Their catchy verses on their t-shirts, sweatshirts, and aprons vary by the saint. As St. Francis de Sales has said, "A faithful friend is a strong defense: and he that hath found him, hath found a treasure. ... We must have a faithful guide to conduct us safely to God" (Introduction to the Devout Life). If we want to become saints in this life and develop a personal relationship with God, spiritual direction is necessary. Especially for fathers, since they are spiritual leaders of their families, spiritual direction is necessary for them to lead and protect whom God has entrusted to them.

The Sleep Joseph Statue is a reference to St. Joseph, the foster father of Jesus, who would receive divine dreams. This refers to when the angel appeared to Joseph in a dream telling him to flee to Egypt. St. Joseph is one of the best saints for fathers to pray through, especially as the protector of their families.
Underneath the statue is a small compartment to put your prayer requests so that St. Joseph can interceed for you. While there are different options of this statue, the one on Amazon in my opinion is the most beautiful and well made. At the time of posting, the statues is $32.99. Click here for the statute.
